The Ironmen play in the Prospect League, a summer league for college athletes. By playing in this league they are able to get experience and simulate the professional baseball life without risking their amateur status.
The Ironmen will play their home games at the Pipe Yard in Lorain. Named in honor of U.S. Steel, The Pipe Yard is the area's elite baseball facility with seating for over 1,300 and ability to host day and night games.
